History
The four original members of NCW met upstairs in the Halifax River Yacht Club in February of 1996 to discuss forming a local group of professional businesswomen.
Looking for a change from the traditional networking groups in the area, the group envisioned an organization where women from different business categories could get together to learn more about each others businesses and provide a source of support and referrals.
Membership
Networking Connects Women is proud to have a diverse membership representing a broad array of the local business community.
Our General Membership meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Locations are being set by the Directors. Please reach out for current information. Only active members and pre-approved guests may attend General Membership meetings.
Membership is restricted to one person per industry or employment type to provide the maximum benefit to other members.
