I was working in it this morning, then when I went to open excel to work on something else, excel was freezing and when I went to close it, a weird table was open that looked similar to an Inventor content center table. I was not working in content center at the time so it seemed weird that it was open all of the sudden.

Once I closed excel, Inventor closed by itself. I have restarted my computer a few times and still nothing. I have been on hold with Autodesk support for 25 minutes still waiting to talk to someone. I have a brand new Asus Republic of Gaming Laptop that is fully capable of running this software.

In Windows Task Manager, first make sure there’s no Inventor. If there’s more than 1 instance there, just end process them. At this point you will most likely need to run the Inventor Reset Utility..
